    Central Appliance

    Sales, Returns, Delivery, Installation & Payment Policy

    Parts Policy

    No returns on special-ordered parts, opened parts, or electrical parts. A model number or part number is required to reference most parts. Original receipt is required for all returns or exchanges. All parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

    Appliance Policy

    Defective or Damaged Appliances

    If a new appliance is defective, the customer must notify a Customer Service Representative (CSR) within 48 hours of receiving the product. If an issue is discovered after 48 hours, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly. Most manufacturers require diagnosis by a licensed service professional. If an appliance is damaged upon delivery, the customer has the right to refuse the product and must notify a CSR within 48 hours for further options.

    Returns & Special Orders

    Special-order, delivered, installed, and/or used appliances are non-returnable. At the sole discretion of Central Appliance, a product may be eligible for return and subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%. Please ask a CSR for eligibility and details before purchase.

    Installation & Delivery Policy

    Delivery and installation fees are non-refundable once delivery or installation has begun. Once removal or dismantling of old or new appliances has started, delivery and installation fees are non-refundable. Appliance cords, water lines, connections, and gas lines are sold separately. Central Appliance will not reuse existing cords, water lines, or gas lines. All required installation materials must be purchased for Delivery Drop-Off or White Glove Installation services.

    Customer Responsibilities

    The purchaser is responsible for confirming: Correct product dimensions and placement; A clear and accessible path for delivery and installation; All connections meet local, state, and manufacturer code requirements; The installation area floor is level and structurally sound; Failure to meet these requirements may result in additional fees or rescheduled services.

    Payment & Processing Fees

    A credit card processing fee of up to 4.5% may be applied to all eligible credit card transactions. A financing processing fee of up to 10% may be applied to purchases made using third-party or in-house financing options. Processing fees are assessed at the time of sale and are non-refundable, including but not limited to returns, exchanges, cancellations, chargebacks, or order disputes. Processing fees are separate from the purchase price, taxes, delivery fees, installation fees, restocking fees, and any other charges. Processing fees do not apply to cash or other fee-exempt payment methods, where applicable. By completing a transaction, the customer authorizes and agrees to all applicable credit card and financing processing fees. Processing fees reflect the cost of payment and financing services and are not a penalty.

    Refunds

    Any approved refund will be issued less all non-refundable fees, including but not limited to: Delivery fees, Installation fees, Restocking fees, and Credit card and financing processing fees.

    Warranty Policy

    All appliances are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty repairs, service fees, or replacements are the responsibility of the manufacturer. At its sole discretion, Central Appliance may repair or replace a unit within 30 days of purchase. Central Appliance is not responsible for delays, service decisions, or coverage determinations made by the manufacturer.

    Liability Disclaimer

    Central Appliance and its agents are not liable for damages or injuries incurred while shopping in-store or while on the customer’s property. The company is not responsible for damages related to PVC piping, household drain lines, or existing plumbing or electrical systems.

    By completing a transaction with Central Appliance, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions listed above.
