Return Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. Returning a product can be stressful on customers, so we’re here to help you get it right the first time. Our talented product experts are available to help you select the right product for your needs and application. We encourage you to take advantage of our expertise before making your purchase.

If a return is necessary, your sales associate can help facilitate the return. To start the return process, call or email us at the phone number or email address found on our Contact Us page. Policies and procedures for obtaining a return authorization vary based on the reason for return. See below for more information.

Parts: NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERED PARTS, OPENED OR ELECTRICAL PARTS.

A model number or part number is required to reference most parts. Must have original receipts for returns or exchanges. Warranty on parts is provided by the manufacturer.

Appliances: If a new product is defective, please notify a Customer Service Representative (CSR) of the problem within 48 hours of receiving the goods. If a problem is noticed after 48 hours of receiving the goods, please contact the product's manufacturer directly. NOTE: Most manufacturers require a service professional to diagnose the problem. If the product is damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the product. Please contact a CSR within 48 hours for further options.

Installation fees and delivery fees are not refundable once installation or delivery has begun. Once any removal of old appliances, dismantling old or new appliances has begun, installation and delivery fees are non-refundable. Appliance cords, water lines, connections, and gas lines are sold separately. We will not use existing cords, water lines, or gas lines for new installations. All necessary installation materials are required with purchase for a Delivery Drop Off or White Glove Installation service.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to confirm placement and product dimensions, a clear path is ready for any installers, and all connections are up to code and the floor is level.

SPECIAL ORDERS, DELIVERED, AND/OR USED APPLIANCES ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If any issues regarding warranty repair or a defective unit arise, it is the responsibility of the manufacturer to cover any warranty fees or authorize a replacement. Central Appliance, at its sole discretion, may repair or replace the unit within 30 days of purchase.

The manufacturer is responsible for any appliances' warranty fees or replacements; however, Central Appliance, at its discretion, may repair or replace the unit within 30 days after the sale. Depending on the situation and at the sole discretion of the company, a product may be returned with a restocking fee of up to 50%. Please ask a CSR for further details.

Central Appliance and any agent of the company will be held harmless for any damages or injuries incurred to the customer while shopping in-store or while on the customer’s property. The company is not held liable or responsible for any damages from PVC piping or house drain lines.

By the customer completing a transaction with Central Appliance, they agree with the terms and conditions set by the company and outlined above. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

Shipping Policy / Delivery Policy

Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
